Winter is here, but don’t let that stop you from getting your drink on. Here at bubble., we scoured the internet to find six amazing cosy cocktails for your next girl’s night-in.

Mudslide Cocktail

Satisfy your sweet tooth this season with a round of Mudslide cocktails. The fusion of chocolate and creamy liquor pairs delightfully with a screening of 'Chocolat' – a Jonny Depp classic. Feed your indulgence and share your love affair with chocolate (in the form of drink, food and film) with the girls this Friday night.


  • 2 shots of Vodka

  • 1 shot of Kahlua

  • 2 shots of Bailey’s 

  • ¼ cup of heavy cream

  • Ice

  • Chocolate shavings

  • Chocolate syrup


  1. Place chocolate syrup (as much as you think is necessary) into a cocktail glass.

2. Add the Vodka, Kahlua, Bailey’s and the heavy cream to your cocktail shaker. Add the ice then begin to shake.

3. Slowly strain your drink into the cocktail glass.

4. Lightly garnish with chocolate shavings. 

Snowflake Martini

From the creamy texture to the sugar-coated martini glass rim, the Snowflake Martini will have you feeling incredibly fancy from the comfort of your own couch. We believe streaming the (most) iconic workplace-comedy The Devil Wears Prada would pair perfectly with this dangerous concoction. Bask in the delicious performance given by Streep as you sip on your drinks. Get ready to quote famous Miranda lines such as: “Oh, don't be absurd" and "Everyone wants to be us.” 


  • 3 shots of white chocolate liqueur 

  • 2 shots of vanilla vodka

  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream 

  • ½ a cup of ice

  • 1 lemon wedge 

  • ¼ cup of sugar


  1. Rub the rim of the martini glass with the lemon wedge. Place the sugar in a plate and dip the martini glass accordingly, until the rim is covered in sugar. 

  2. Pour the white chocolate liqueur,  vanilla vodka and heavy cream into a cocktail shaker.

  3. Fill with ice and shake cocktail shaker.

  4. Slowly strain into your martini glass you prepared earlier.

A strong female lead portraying a strong female character… I’ll drink to that!


  • 1 cup of vodka 

  • 1 cup of prosecco

  •  ½ a cup of Blue Curacao

  • ½ a cup of lemonade 

  • 5 cups of ice

  1. Place the vodka, prosecco, blue curacao and lemonade into a blender. Blend ingredients accordingly. 

  2. Slowly pour the frosties into appropriate glasses. 

Cold Brew Martini

Hands up if you can’t start your day without a coffee either. Well, the Cold Brew Martini is the perfect blend for those coffee-lovers, as the cocktail acts as a pick-me-up as well as a party-starter. Stay in this chilly Saturday night with this unique drink and play a controversial game of Cards Against Humanity with your girls. Let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a risqué game of fill-in-the blanks while sipping on these bad boys?


  • 2 shots of vodka

  • 1 shot of coffee concentrate 

  • 1 shot of coffee liqueur 

  • Teaspoon of coffee beans (garnish)

  • Ice


  1. Place vodka, coffee concentrate, coffee liqueur and ice into a shaker. Shake until all ingredients are chilled and fused together.

  2. Slow strain into a martini glass.

  3. Garnish with coffee beans.

Gingerbread Cocktail

The Gingerbread Cocktail is Australia’s taste of European Christmas. This sweet cocktail is the perfect way to deal with 2020’s gloomy winter weather – or even to just deal with 2020 as a whole, because so far it’s been a pretty grim year! Have the girls over for a creative (and friendly) competition of gingerbread house building while sipping on this heaven-sent fusion of cinnamon, ginger and coffee. 



  • ½ a cup of thickened cream

  • 2 shots of coffee liqueur 

  • 1 tablespoon of molasses 

  • ¼ tablespoon of ground cinnamon  

  • ¼ tablespoon of ground ginger

  • ¼ cup of ice

  1. Place thickened cream, coffee liqueur, molasses, ground cinnamon, ground ginger and ice into a cocktail shaker. 

  2. Stir contents to dissolve molasses. Shake until well mixed. 

  3. Slowly strain into martini glass. 


The calming radiance that comes with chai to the strong aroma that comes from cinnamon makes this cocktail perfect for winter. Add milk and vodka to the mix and you’ve got yourself a party. The Chai-tini fun is best accompanied with a screening of 2018’s black comedy/thriller classic staring Blake Lively: A Simple Favour. You and the girls will be cheering on Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick in their Oscar-worthy performances as they dominate every scene with raw feminine power.


  • 2 shots of chai

  • 2 shots of milk

  • 2 shots of vodka 

  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon 

  • ¼ cup of ice 


  1. Pour chai, milk, vodka and ice into a mixing glass and stir.

  2. Strain into a martini glass.

  3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top as garnish.
